Fast Accounting Services Limited provides professional accounting, tax, and business advisory services. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

- Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner

- Pay our fees as agreed in your engagement letter

5. Fees and Payment
Our fees will be set out in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the statutory rate.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you provide to us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:
- As required by law or regulatory obligation
- To HMRC or other authorities in connection with your tax affairs
- To our professional advisers who are bound by confidentiality obligations
- With your prior written consent
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any materials we create in the course of providing our services shall belong to us. We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use such materials for your own purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate our engagement by giving written notice. Upon termination, you will be liable for fees for services already provided and any agreed termination charges.
10. Complaints
If you have any complaints about our services, please contact us in writing. We have a formal complaints procedure and will investigate any concerns promptly.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
