QuickBooks 2010 is here! I have been using it for a few weeks now and find that there are quite a few new features which make an upgrade worthwhile. It runs on Windows 7 as well as the older operating systems. The main new features include:

• Filing the VAT return online directly within QuickBooks

• Managing foreign currency is back, so upgrading from QuickBooks 2006 is now possible

• Better one screen information for each customer/supplier, allowing you to add notes, to do items etc. Not quite a customer relationship management system, but well on the way to one!
